Campground Rules

  • Fires on open ground are not permitted without the approval of park attendant
  • Any dead vegetation may be used for fuel purposes in the fire pit
  • Fires shall not be left unattended or permitted to spread
  • All fires, coals or smoldering materials shall be extinguished before leaving campsite
  • Firewood for sale at office @ $5.00/wheelbarrow
  • The use of motor vehicles such as cars, trucks and vans shall be restricted to park roads and driveways
  • The use of off-highway motor vehicles such as trikes, quads, motor cross bikes and ski-doos are not permitted in the park
  • Vehicles shall only be parked in designated parking areas
  • PICNICS ALLOWED IN DAY USE AREA ONLY OR CAMPING FEES WILL BE APPLIED
  • Overnight camping is only allowed in areas designated for said purpose and campers must obtain a permit to so
  • Only REGISTERED guests are allowed to stay overnight. All visitors must exit the park by 11:00pm
  • Only one motor vehicle and one camping accommodation unit of any kind are permitted to be kept in the campsite. Additional non-camping vehicles may be parked in the public parking area
  • No vehicle shall be parked in a manner or location that impedes traffic
  • No person shall interfere with the rights of others to the quiet and peaceful enjoyment of the park. Quiet time shall begin at 11:00 pm. Any person who does interfere with the rights of others to the quiet and peaceful enjoyment of the park shall be asked to leave
  • Pets are welcome, however they must be under control and on a leash at all times. The owner shall be responsible for cleanup of any mess created by the pet
  • On the expiry or cancellation of their camping permit, the holder shall ensure the campsite is vacated and that all shelter equipment  and other property belonging to them is removed. CHECK OUT TIME IS NOON.
  • No person shall discharge fireworks in the park
PERSONS WHO DISOBEY THE PARK RULES SHALL HAVE THEIR CAMPING PERMITS CANCELLED AND/OR WILL BE REQUIRED TO LEAVE THE THE PARK. PARK SUPERVISOR AND ATTENDANTS, BYLAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS AND THE R.C.M.P. HAVE BEEN GIVEN THE AUTHORITY TO ENFORCE THE RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE PARK.

THE OWNERS OF THE PARK ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS, DAMAGE OR INJURY ON THE PREMISES.
